Our Story

Impala Bar and Grill was founded in 2019 in Portland, OR.  From the beginning the mission of owner Jim Hicks was to provide full service dining experience in warm, inclusive environment.  Impala Bar and Grill prides itself on serving the highest quality food made with freshest ingredients at reasonable prices.  In early 2023 the Palm Springs location was opened with mission to bring the warm, neighborhood bar feel of the Portland location to the desert.
